If you're comparing it to the NXE dashboard, you're probably right. If you're talking in general, definitely not, the Blade dashboard was the slowest menu system of all time.

The Xbox 360 started with no advertisments, then slowly added more and more until they took up the majority of the UI. They're advertising that this won't be the case for the Xbox One.
