Just not in public through-ways where it slows down the movement of traffic. Plus the French government has stated it will compensate the Muslims involved and find more locations for them to pray.

The situation has been sorted out now what can you not understand about that? The traffic is free to flow without disturbance, worshippers still have places to conduct their business and little effort has been required to solve it.
