Regarding her sources: I don't see how ionizing stable and working molecules such as our DNA can reduce the chance of cancer at all. And even if so she doesn't say what cancer. Hey, 5% less chance of getting lung cancer but rising the chance of getting prostate cancer by 50% HURRAY IT REDUCES CANCER. The UV rays from the Sun are good for you in certain amounts. Other than that, I can't really think of a way that any type of radiation is good for you.
