I think this is a great idea. I'm a little confused about legalizing brothels but it may help reduce the criminal side of prostitution.

There are precedents for this everywhere. The rate of infection drops HUGELY when it's legal, and when it's not, it becomes an underground disease fest as it is now. Stop passing moral judgement on people. It's not just about the people that seek it, it's about the woman and their rights. There is no fucking reason to have it illegal.
