Its sad people still believe the PT was pure cg. In reality it qas very little cg, hell it had more intricate models and sets than the OT at points
Episode 1 had some practical effects, but the other two were mostly CGI
Bold words, we'll see if they ring true, since it's probably a tall order to beat the originals. Not so much a tall order to beat the prequel trilogy, but if the sequel trilogy can beat that then things are still alright.
I hope they've got an interesting story planned out, and not just a small story made for children dragged out for 3 movies with unnecessary action scenes.
I'd like a new, gritty star wars series with a more serious tone to it. Like this http://imgur.com/gallery/rNPff
We still suggesting gritty reboots unironically?
shhhhhhhh let him enjoy his maymays in peace

I like the llight heartened hopefulness of Starwars. Why would I want a movie about the people of starwars when what pulled me in was the expansive universe full of different aliens and cultures. Human's are boring.
We already got gritty Star Wars. It's called Republic Commando.
We already got gritty Star Wars. It's called Republic Commando.
I remember as a kid I saw the trailer for it and I was like "what the fuck is this" and I was too scared to get it
I am still pissed that Star Wars 1313 never became a thing.
As long as it's better than Return of the Jedi I'm happy.
Episode 1 is legitimately my favorite an i dont giv a fuk
Episode 1 is legitimately my favorite an i dont giv a fuk
People give it a lot of shit, but I think it's a fun movie, sans jar-jar.
not just a small story made for children dragged out for 3 movies with unnecessary action scenes.
The PT isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Hell the whole premise of the prequels was to fill in loose ends left in the OT. The inclusion of politics and allusions to historical events as an allegorical extension is one example in my opinion that the PT isn't entirely kid focused/shit. Sure, they could have been better, but they're not as horrendous as they're made out to be by people who look at the OT through rose tinted goggles. Also IMO, ROTS is a bit more well done than ROTJ. Even at its darkest (I'm not counting the EU cause it is poorly written at best), Star Wars still had adventure and idealism at its core, and I think the reason people got jaded on adventure and idealism in Star Wars was because it was so badly done in the prequels. If the world today is so cynical that it can't accept Star Wars without draping it in gritty grimdark pathos where everyone screws over everyone else and all sides of the conflict are morally bankrupt, I'd rather not see any new Star Wars material at all.
It isn't just some. It is literally every leak. While not every leak is true there is no way nothing has leaked from this film redsoxrock were you never held as a child or something [editline]4th November 2014[/editline] Fett was cool design but there is literally no character there. I'd be fine if he never appeared in another star wars movie ever again. Make a new mando character with no ties to him
You seem very upset not everyone shares your opinion.
So you want Mel Gibson to play Boba Fett?
Shia Labeof as Boba Fett's silly apprentice

Superman is dead now, this is the chance to get someone serious. i mean none of those images there are nearly half as ugly as a copy of Ultimate Warrior but you get what i mean. although it is arguably more complex in terms of setting i feel it's borne way more out of a sense of opposition to the prequels rather than actually wanting to work with star wars
I am still pissed that Star Wars 1313 never became a thing.
' Not only that but the fact the game was nearly complete.
