There's a lot of work that goes into building porn models (more than you might be willing to admit), and as a result, they tend to be highly transformative. Some of the models have over 90% of their mesh be completely foreign (EG not from Overwatch), with only the head and hair being from the games. And even then, the head and hair are often worked on fairly extensively in the textures department. As opposed to the Workshop ports, which were far less transformative, sometimes no more than just a straight rip with the rigging redone and the materials fiddled with to look like Overwatch.
