And in case you were wondering, I love sports. Baseball is a hell of a fun game both to play and watch. A little rivalry is good, but nothing to this extent. LA is the scum of the sports world.
Really, ganging up on a guy by himself, a paramedic no less, beating him enough to require an induced coma, then fleeing into a van driven by an apparent mother and child. I hope these people saw this article and turn themselves in. That's fucking disgusting.
holy shit my team lost
let's beat up the winners' fans cause they're related to the loss :downs:
Actually it's worse in this case. Their team won and they beat up the losing team's fans.
He's in a medically induced coma that doctors doubt he will ever come out of. They killed him.
Comas are guesswork a lot of the time.
I know someone that was in the same position and came out after two months, playing guitar the same day they woke up.

And yes it was from severe brain damage.
This is why video games are better.
One can simply beat the shit out of someone that pissed them off virtually and still feel the same satisfaction.
Once there was a big fight here because of a game, between, let's say, "team A" and "team B".
The team B fans attacked the team A guys by surprise, and some cameras caught the moment when a team B fan killed a team A fan and got his shirt and started waving it around because it was stained with his rival's blood
I was at the Hawaii bowl back in 2003, and the game went into triple overtime so tensions must have been high or something. After the game players from both sides started grabbing their helmets as weapons and beat the shit out of opposing players on the field.
Best game ever.

There have been murders directly related to video games also.

Oh yeah? What about that guy who shot a kid because the kid was playing a Vuvuzela? That was in NZ if I remember correctly.
I am so proud to have surrounded myself with such an intelligent and respectable group of people. :geno:
i thought it would be about a giant fan that got vandalized or something

The dodgers even won.
I don't understand it.
I remember in 2004 after the Red Sox finally won the world series after the 86 year curse.
People were "rioting" (although there really wasn't much violence, it was just very loud and crazy, but nobody was actually hurting each other)
Police tried to clear the area with rubber bullets and one went into a girl's eye and she died.
it was awful.

Not entirely. There's still Angels fans and Galaxy fans, both of which are made up of fairly decent people (myself included :P). And by "fairly decent" I mean we don't murder each other.

Very true, okay. Dodgers and Lakers fans are the scum of the earth.
LA fans are just fucking Douches.
Pretty sure sports bring people together, but obviously your just a sheep that follows the media and a few bad events.
Tragic though, what's the point?
lol ok hipster
Only in America :patriot:
There have been plenty of murders (and even mass murders :godwin:) that have occurred outside of the United States.

Ridiculous murders, anyways.
