R.I.P. Marvel
Yes, because Marvel is doing fucking awful right now
wait what, Red Skull and Venom? a furious nazi and a character who likes to eat people's brains?? disney material!!!
Let's leave it at this: MODOK is there, and his name is literally "Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing"
R.I.P. Marvel

But they could keep spewing out (possibly) lousy cross overs and ruin the image of marvel.
Are you serious?
Rant and moan all you want, but Phineas and Ferb is actually a really quality cartoon, and literally the only watchible (if not great) thing left on the Disney Channel. Be happy that of all the crossovers that could have happened, this one did. I'll lay down money that the crossover will be funny.
Phineas and Ferb is pretty much the only decent Disney channel show out right now. It's also the (pretty sure) the only cartoon amongst an absolute fuckton of live action, laugh track-infested "sitcoms" which can all be summed up as "LOL WE'RE KIDS/TEENS DOING THINGS NORMAL KIDS/TEENS DON'T DO AND WE HAVE THE MOST TRIVIAL PROBLEMS BUT HOLY SHIT OUR LIVES ARE SO HARD BY THE WAY DID I MENTION THE LEAD ACTRESS IS ALSO A POP STAR cue laugh track lolololol" I don't even like to be around the tv anymore because that shit is all my sister watches and it makes me want to pull my hair out, it's so bad
Tron: Uprising is amazing. Why didn't they do a Tron crossover? That would have been awesome.
Hahahaha, no. DC characters are unimaginative, uninteresting and overall just boring and stupid as fuck.
But I grew up on Teen Titans I mean, I also grew up on X-Men (it was the first superhero thing I read) and various different Spider Man cartoons and comic books.
Lol what is the big deal people take superhero comics way too seriously.
This can't be a good thing. I dunno much about this "Phineas and Ferb", other that it involves kid inventors and a mad scientist (Doof, I assume), but it still resonates with a vibe of childishness that doesn't mix well with the epicness of Marvel. In my opinion, Dexter's Lab was likely better than P&F, even though i'm strongly-biased due to growing up watching the former on the telly-box, back when I actually watched cartoons (and TV in general) and wasn't going bonkers from my brain reshuffling as puberty kicked in... All I can say is THANK FUCK Disney hasn't collaborated with HASBRO; if those technicolour harbingers of annihilation ever teamed up with those god-awful live-action kiddie-sitcoms, or worse with modern cartoons, I would be hard-pressed to avoid thinking that the Moon would be a better place to live. Long story short, if My Little Pony ever joins forces with Disney, I won't want to live on this planet anymore. (even moreso if we get offworld colonies some time this century)
Let Disney do whatever with Marvel. Marvel joined Disney and what better way to sell yourself out like a crossover.

No literally one of the characters did a parody of Ginsberg's Howl.
It's got stuff the kiddies won't know. Not a good idea; I suspect MLP might've done that, and now look; indoctrination runs rampant amongst young men. (is there actually a chart detailing how the plague spread?)
Hahahaha, no. DC characters are unimaginative, uninteresting and overall just boring and stupid as fuck.
Super hero name: Superman Super hero power: Everything Weakness: Rare as fuck green rock that doesn't really kill him p much yeah
There's nothing wrong with Disney owning Marvel. Marvel gets an even bigger budget to do their stuff, and Disney gets a shitton more of franchises to have profit from. It's a win-win situation. Minor stuff like this crossover doesn't really affect you. If you're not interested in it, just don't watch it. Or, you know, it might actually be good. And really, when judging Disney you really do need to look at the bigger picture rather than just their shitty TV sitcoms (shitcoms). Even if you ignore their currently underworked 2D Animation Dept. and the many classical films it produced, Disney's feature films and team-ups with Pixar are always good. Another point that needs to be made is that Marvel could very well be Disney's gateway back into the American comic book industry. While still extremelly popular in Europe, it largely got abandoned in the States back in the 60-70s, when the superhero comics completely replaced the Disney ones. Which is a shame, if you think about it, because Disney artists such as Carl Barks influenced an entire generation of Americans, including Spielberg and Lucas, upon the creation of the Indiana Jones franchise.
Hasn't it been changed to MODOC (Mental Organism Designed Only for Conquest) every single time he is used outside of the comics?
No, his original name was Mental Organism Designed Only For Computing (long story as to his origin). There was probably some miscommunication that led to you thinkin' that.
Lol what is the big deal people take superhero comics way too seriously.

It still resonates with a vibe of childishness that doesn't mix well with the epicness of Marvel
This is exactly what I'm talking about. These comics are on the exact same level as these cartoons.
meh I don't care, DC characters are better Heck Batman is the only reason there still is a comic book industry
honestly with what DC has been doing recently I've been getting pretty pissed off at them. They are truly circle jerking. practically infinite alternative universes, and being blunt about it. Horribly overdone comic characters, recent logo change, etc. For me right now I only really give a shit about Batman, marvel is far better with characters at the moment.
Phineas and Ferb is an awesome show. I just don't think this is a good idea for a crossover but the writing staff is pretty clever so I'm going to wait and see.
Yes, because Marvel is doing fucking awful right now
Why is that comic sans?
Why is that comic sans?
Because it's COMICally infuriating. Or because Marvel is a comic book company and it's comic sans and stuff idk

nonono.. Phineas and Ferb is an okay show, by itself. But i see no reason to inject Marvel into it. It kind of bothers me that Superheros are turning into a little kids thing. I dont think kids can really comprehend a lot of the stuff that goes on in the comics and movies. It can get incredibly dark, violent, and complex, and little kids aren't ready for that. If Disney uses the characters.. It wont be real superheros, it'll be the dumbed down, "hahaha, im fighting LOL" version of them. Not cool.
Why is that comic sans?
If you go into chrome settings you can edit fonts Why would it NOT be comic sans?
If you go into chrome settings you can edit fonts Why would it NOT be comic sans?
Because Comic-Sans is pretty much the worst font on the internet.
Because Comic-Sans is pretty much the worst font on the internet.
Would you mind explaining this viewpoint? A lot of people say this but I have yet to hear any reasoning behind this mindset.
