Spider Man 4 Cancelled - Polidicks

I mostly didn't like it because they shoved Sandman in there. I never liked Sandman. :| He seemed like such a lame villian. Especially since he kind of wasn't even a villian. But then again, I'm not a movie director. :v:

That said I'm sad to see the franchise go and start over from scratch, Tobey Maguire played a pretty good Peter Parker imo.

What they need to do is stop fucking up a series so they don't need to reboot them every 4 fucking years. That or get some new ideas for movies god damn. People won't go and see reboot after reboot, get it right or make something else.

Personally, I think Spiderman 3 could have been [b]okay[/b] if they had thought out the script a bit better. Fitting two villains into one movie is just too much, completely disregarding that one of those villains was Venom (whom deserves [b]at least[/b] two films by himself). If they had focused on either Venom [b]or[/b] Sandman in S3, I think they could have pulled it off and made it at least an average film. The way it was done though was a total flop. I'm not even a Spiderman fan, and I was pissed at the fact they gave Venom maybe 20 minutes of action time. Though the ending (if I recall correctly) did suggest that a later film [b]could[/b] focus more on Venom. Also, a reboot is a bit unnecessary. Just let it die out, or at least give it a few more years before you have another bat it (in my opinion).

Did you guys see that deleted scene on Spiderman 3 where Peter cuts himself.

The director of Spider-man 3 took Venom and took a shit all over his face and killed him. I hope next time they get a new director (despite they say that they wont) that actually cares about the Spider-man series instead of himself. It's like they take work done by a great comic book writer and twist it into a dumb piece of shit that has been ran over by a truck and traveled through the sewers eventually ending up like the piece of crap it is.

A rated R movie about Carnage would = Win.

i dunno if anyone else realised this plot hole in spiderman 3, but the sandman was robbing banks etc so that he could get money for his dying daughter spiderman beats the fuck into sandman, and he just floats away in the wind with no money. so, i guess the sandman cant afford medical treatment and his daughter died. all because of that do gooder spiderman.

So basically Spiderman is an asshat who kills little dying girl's fathers? Wow, :iceburn:
