I admit that I would like to look buff and that I don't, but I would never let somebody sew useless added weight under my skin, looking unrealistically as hell, being potential health hazard and unconvenience, instead of getting my ass up and working out.

Because non-shithole countries have doctors that will refuse to do overly stupid shit like this.

There was a woman who got something like 30 successive breast implants, each larger than the last, until finally American doctors refused to perform any further.

She proceeded to go to Brazil to get bigger implants. At this point, to achieve larger size, they had to put [B]two implants in each breast.[/B]

I came into this thread expecting something much worse, but to be honest it doesn't look too bad.

Yeah the features are a little feminine, but I don't know how a plastic surgeon would go about fixing that.
