Of course they do the face like that.
It makes it easier for the face to have the right movements like he would really have IRL.
This could be great but I am not so sure considering that Deus Ex had alot of options how you would want to play it and what choices you chose.
(also might be off-topic but I seriously hope they do the voice of Van Bruggen by an actaul dutch person instead of a what seems to be french accent, if they will feature him of course).
