Took it to PM's and somehow we ended up discussing the legal definitions of "destructive devices" and "Firearms" on the subject of importing firearms and who is and is not exempt from sections of Title 27 of the US Code. So that accomplished a lot. Thanks "take it to PM's" guy. [editline]02:07AM[/editline] Really that was a super good idea dude. [editline]02:07AM[/editline] Not really though we totally veered off topic.
:D [editline]12:50PM[/editline]
And that the government somehow raped their bank accounts with money.
They must love you in the courtroom.
i'm convinced my earlier nomination for lankist as guy who is right in this thread 2009 has been well-spent keep up the good work i'm not reading much but i'm pretty sure you're winning

But Thompson noted that the report also targeted as "potential terrorists" Americans who: * Oppose abortion * Oppose same-sex marriage * Oppose restrictions on firearms * Oppose lax immigration laws * Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs * Oppose continuation of free trade agreements * Are suspect of foreign regimes * Fear Communist regimes * Oppose a "one world" government * Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world * Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more
Have an opinion and you're a terrorist.
Of course if this is true it's horrendous, but it's nice to finally find an extremist takeover bid that I'm actually on the side of for once (apart from the "kill those who dissent!" bit)
Really? You don't oppose one world government?
if it's a good, democratic government, a single world government is really the ideal. An end to national conflict, an end to all arms races.
ehh that's very tricky there's libertarian school of thought in one world government, where the government is basically only providing basic needs for the people and everyone else lives as they wish but that's such an impossibility same thing with any one world government, even an extremely fascist one
if it's a good, democratic government, a single world government is really the ideal. An end to national conflict, an end to all arms races.
Perhaps National Conflict, but you realize that doesn't do away with the the Historical, cultural, traditional, religious, ethnic and language issues that lead to these wars in as was the case in Yugoslavia as they were along ethnic and religious lines and no Nationalist.
if it's a good, democratic government, a single world government is really the ideal. An end to national conflict, an end to all arms races.
It doesn't end national conflict, it just turns every conflict into a civil war.
