In all seriousness, I don't think the officer genuinely meant to run into her with such force. He was running to catch up with her. My guess is he was trying to grab her, but just rushes in too fast. You can't really say whether it was justified or not because it wasn't intentional.

It wasnt nessesary to bodyslam her into a fucking wall.
At first it looks like he punched her and knocked her over intentionally, and it especially looked bad after I saw that big red spot on her head... But after watching more closely, you can see that he was only trying to grab her, and then he tripped on her feet. I don't think he intended to slam her into the wall and ground like that.
Looked a bit excessive, but nothing that I would hold against him.

When a police officer tells you to do something, you comply. They are the law. Almost everybody knows this. Anyone who doesn't gets to learn the hard way.
