I've seen worse on Campus PD, some drunk guy in a park just stumbling around, the cop was walking him away, everything is cool, then out of fucking nowhere he just flip slams the guy and cuffs him (he was too drunk to notice until two minutes later what just happened)

Notice how people are split in half about this, meaning two things. a.The video is too blurry or doesn't focus in enough for us to get the fullest details of whats happening. b.There is no sound so we have no idea whether or not the two spoke, AT ALL. These two simple facts makes it impossible for us to come to a conclusion.

Realizing he somehow got her back on the ground, he ignored what just happened and decides to go ahead and arrest her. All of this in 3-second time span. I'm not sure how it looks like a violent push to people.

We don't know if he tried calling out and she didn't respond, or if she told him to fuck off. We don't know, that's what I'm trying plaster here.

He tells this story all the time, he was a rookie and he was trying to arrest a belligerent young drunk woman for public intox. He was hesitant to use force against her and she smashed his balls, they were swollen the size of a softball for a week. Drunk women are vicious.

Cop uses body slam. It is super effective.
