She was found innocent because her actions didn't meet the level of culpability or effect necessary for her mishandling of classified information to be considered a felony. The FBI said that it doesn't mean she did nothing wrong, it meant that if she still worked for State she'd have been fired and/or lost her clearance- but since she doesn't work for State anymore they can't touch her. This isn't complicated at all yet people like Blizzerd keep repeating the same bullshit claim that she was totally guilty but got off because she's not normal people. That's utterly wrong and I say this as someone who had been hoping from day 1 that she'd be indicted. The evidence wasn't there, it would be the same for anyone else, and the time to drop this self-serving narrative has long since passed.
b... but.... crooked hillary!
Could you imagine Sanders vs Rand Paul We'd actually have a choice between people who aren't complete wackos.
Rand paul not a complete wacko? Yeah, no
Purjury She said no classified emails under oath
this isn't what purjury is under your defintion of purjury, almost every single defendant who pleads "not guilty" and then is found guilty should be charged with purjury (this doesn't happen)
I feel the same about hillary with her email scandal ranging from corruption and perjury to treason. Lets just redo this election without trump and Hillary.
I feel like it shouldn't be an unreasonable idea that, if both candidates in a presidential election are so grossly disliked by the American population, we can vote to extend the campaign cycle and basically start over again. It seems completely ridiculous that we should be forced to choose between two candidates that the majority of the country hates.

You don't get a do-over on democracy just because you don't like the candidates.
ah yes those things that she was investigated on and convicted of- oh wait

She was found innocent by a Republican kangaroo court out to crucify her. What more could you possibly want.
"OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder, what more do you want?" This is how idiotic you people sound right now. Stop trying to pretend that she's some sort of innocent poor soul who didn't do anything wrong.
b... but.... crooked hillary!
There's already a huge surplus of ignorance readily available in this country. We don't need any help from you, but thanks.
Subliminal messaging?
Where were you When Trump shoot Hillary
There's already a huge surplus of ignorance readily available in this country. We don't need any help from you, but thanks.
yeah, trump supporters are taking care of it just fine :v: Also OJ got acquitted mostly because he got the prosecuter labled a racist, hillary had the entire court against her from day one and still was found innocent. [sp]Also OJ actually did something wrong[/sp]
Except people have and did in this thread? [editline]10th August 2016[/editline] I can kind of see how it could come from a moral standpoint of "this person is saying they might do shit" vs "this person has already done shit and may continue doing shit".
Forget morals. Trump just comes across as plain incompetent. His reality tv and real estate background doesn't qualify him to govern and the man has stated that he doesn't want to read anything of substance, so he's not even willing to learn about what he doesn't know. Any interviews where he is asked questions of substance he has no clear ideas or plans. If this guy get's voted into office, let's pray the vice president and policy team make all the decisions. Also, if all this stuff he is saying is just poor off the cuff jokes (e.g. russian hackers, 2nd amendment shooters) then just keep this buffoon on the teleprompter. As far as the New York Daily News, I don't think we should worry about it much, when people are looking for quality news publications from New York, this isn't the one they go to :v:
Rand paul not a complete wacko? Yeah, no
Rand Paul was one of the only sane candidates to run this election. But then again, I'm probably speaking to someone that still believes that a $15 minimum wage in rural areas is a perfectly fine iea.
Where were you When Trump shoot Hillary
Heaven.

Also if it had been a Marine, they would be in jail. In fact there is a Marine Major who's in court because he sent an email warning other troops of a potential threat through a nonsecure service. His lawyer said he will be using the Clinton defense.

I think these courts are more of a sort of closed tribunal that operate outside of the public court systems we're more familiar with. I doubt the Clinton defense or other court decisions against general non-military citizens will be as effective in the military court system.
It's objective fact that Trump is so awful we would be better off electing the chair he wants to sit in.
It wouldn't say or do anything it's the perfect candidate!
hillary is the continuation of everything terrible with modern american politics, trump is the manifestation of everything terrible with modern american culture. i do not know what the future holds, but it seems it will get worse before it gets better.
