She's just a ridiculous joke and wants money for that fact.
If you want a good example of haute couture you'd look at Alexander Mcqueen or Mugler or Jean Paul Gaultier and not Yoko Oh No.

What's the point of making things that are INTENTIONALLY bad looking for the sake of "art"? To me it seems like she's using the whole anti-commercialism dada movement as justification for selling things she put literally no time or effort into. Just my 2 cents though.
