you're right, we should have acted like decent, respectable gentlemen and threatened you with violent retribution
It's partially the reason I support violent retribution, because when you try not to and to be friendly, someone will still be an asshole about it. This world is never going to get along.

(I still believe in it, but it's kinda hard for this to happen when you're receiving death threats for some of your own beliefs from the opposite party, I have conflicting views about this) But its hard to do that when the other party is already beating people up and threatening you, so instead of accepting punches and trying to be peaceful, why not punch back? If you don't physically threaten me, I won't physically threaten you.
good thing the only person physically threatening anyone here is donald trump
I am not talking about the candidates themselves. I am talking about some of the protesters throwing bottles at my ass for going to a Trump rally. How the fuck am I supposed to be peaceful with someone from the opposite side when bottles were literally thrown at me? When there are groups from both sides like Antifa and neo nazis. It's hard for everyone to get along.

reminder that the guy who posted this quote
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants."
is now talking about peace and love and why we should all get along is this real life
reminder that the guy who posted this quote is now talking about peace and love and why we should all get along is this real life
How does one get along with a Tyrant?
How does one get along with a Tyrant?
hillary clinton isn't festooning the white house with the decapitated skulls of dissidents she isn't a brutal dictator crushing the american people beneath her iron fist
You said Hillary wasn't found guilty because she was supposed to be the Democratic nominee - even though the hearings were held by Republicans You supported a call to violence - and are now complaining that the other side isn't peaceful If you don't want people to antagonize you maybe you should stop being a massive fucking hypocrite
At this rate I do believe Trump's defeat (or by some act of god/Flying Spaghetti Monster, his victory) will cause a ton of racially and politically motivated violence. He's been drumming up his supporters so much and hyping them to a stage where they're going to call his defeat 'rigged' and use that as an excuse to riot. Telling people that the right to bear arms can be used to stop a legal, political process from an elected official is completely and utterly wrong, no way you can cut it. I'm not looking forward to November, not in the slightest...
Right and people still use the excuse that Trump isn't a criminal when he'll most certainly be one soon. [editline]9th August 2016[/editline]
hillary clinton isn't festooning the white house with the decapitated skulls of dissidents she isn't a brutal dictator crushing the american people beneath her iron fist
She's bad but nowhere near that bad.

So far this thread has shown that you're a bit confused about what Hillary has actually done so I want to know your reasons for supporting him.
Could Hillary be innocent? No, the courts have been wrong, clearly. 7 times in a row.
And last court was borderline kangaroo court led by GOP. They still couldn't find anything to pin on Hillary and they were actively biased against her.
"Trump blames media for 'gun threat' row"
Hours later, Fox News host Sean Hannity told him the media had been "spinning it" differently. Mr Trump answered by saying there could be no other interpretation of his words other than the one he had given. "Even reporters have told me, I mean give me a break. But they're dishonest people. "What it is is there's a tremendous power behind the Second Amendment. "It's a political power, and there are few things so powerful, I have to say, in terms of politics."
So what he's saying is Second Amendment has magic powers that will prevent Hillary from putting her people in Supreme Court? I'm honest to God completely confused on what the hell did Trump said.

To most observers and in context it sounds like he's inciting violence against Clinton after she wins the election. The 'Second Amendment vote' idea is pure spin by him and a backpedal of epic proportions.
I know that, but it's Trump's response to media's criticism that is so bafflingly confusing to me. It's a complete gibberish.
"Trump blames media for 'gun threat' row" So what he's saying is Second Amendment has magic powers that will prevent Hillary from putting her people in Supreme Court? Not that one is really better than the other, but still.
hillary clinton isn't festooning the white house with the decapitated skulls of dissidents she isn't a brutal dictator crushing the american people beneath her iron fist
She's an establishment candidate with many ties to national and foreign elites whose victory was guaranteed because she's a third way liberal centrist that, while very right wing, can make '2016' appeals to an uneducated voter base to appeal marginally progressive She exemplifies all that is wrong with the intersection of capitalism and democracy, she symbolizes the decline of america and the rot within the republic. A rot which, yes, will be put in check by classical liberal ideas on guns, the only defense a propertyless class of plebs have against a democracy for the rich. With such force they overthrew the last famous detached property owners' republic, and put in its place a popular state There's nothing really wrong with what trump said, he's channeling the fundamental spirit of republicanism that globalist elites have left behind, because something like the power of international finance is the future of capitalism, not freedom and the nation, which are liberalism's gifts to the lower class and what kept them from supporting extremist ideologies
CNN Reporting the Secret Service has spoken to trump multiple times on the subject http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/10/politics/trump-second-amendment/index.html Wonder if that means he wasn't cooperating.
I mean that IS the definition of it. He's just kind of stating it. That said I don't think a military coup is so wise against one of the worlds strongest militaries.
I'd pay the US government to watch someone try a coup against them.
Nihilist arby's is on point as always
I'd pay the US government to watch someone try a coup against them.
If there was a military coup in the U.S., I'm sure police forces would get their asses handed to them.
Full quote. Ignore "bigly" and focus on the topical part near the end.
“So here, I just wrote this down today. Hillary wants to raise taxes — it’s a comparison. I want to lower them. Hillary wants to expand regulations, which she does bigly. Can you believe that? I will reduce them very, very substantially, could be as much as 70 to 75 percent. Hillary wants to shut down energy production. I want to expand it. Lower electric bills, folks! Hillary wants to abolish, essentially abolish, the Second Amendment. By the way, and if she gets to pick — if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know. But I’ll tell you what, that will be a horrible day, if — if — Hillary gets to put her judges in.”

Full quote:
And do you believe these large fear mongering tall tales told bigly from said man?
Full quote. Ignore "bigly" and focus on the topical part near the end.
It's pretty obvious to me that he's talking about second-amendment supporters/gun rights activists.
I formerly supported Trump, primarily because watching him cleave through the Republican party was refreshing. Statements like this one, and his recent transgressions against the Khans just completely killed him for me. Trump is an idiot and attempting to use "take all the guns" rhetoric to scare people into violence is a crime. A Clinton election is nowhere near a good reason for an armed revolution and at this point I'd rather crooked Hillary get the seat than the Madman. Gary Johnson time anyone?
