Why is this man speaking Spanish?
He was an illegal immigrant who is now going to move to US congress after this election and told everyone in his mother tongue about this news story he just told us in english.
Why are you getting so riled up at someone's reason to support something? It doesn't promote a healthy discussion, especially when you call people fucking idiots and pigeons and whatnot.
There can't be a healthy discussion if nobody cares about facts or practicality. You can't logic someone out of something they got into with feels so if this is just going to be a bunch of people expressing how they feel without caring about what makes sense, or is actually true, or would benefit them in reality, then why shouldn't I just join in
Okay but what if that opinion is based on bad data? What if it's not an opinion but a regurgitation of false propaganda? Why is pointing it out bad? Why do Trump supporters get this aegis on Facepunch that prevents people from calling out their bullshit?
Then point it out without calling them a fucking pigeon or an idiot.
Like we were having a conversation about why somoene would go from the far left to the far right and as always a brave internet paladin had to cast Intervene and rush into the thread to tell Scorpio what a big meany head he is because Pvt. Martin is basing his outlook on Clinton on actual lies.
More tweets on the signs being taken away are showing up

I. Want. A. Fucking. Job. And no one is calling back. I keep getting emails telling me I didn't get it. There aren't any available jobs right now. Where are the jobs then? Where are the fucking jobs? I've been searching for 3 and a half years now and I can't fucking find any!
Three and a half years And you haven't found a single job Are you exclusively roaming the wilderness of Wyoming in your search or something
Why is this man speaking Spanish?
Presumably because he is comfortable in that tongue and is speaking to an audience of people who are interested in listening to him speak?
Presumably because he is comfortable in that tongue and is speaking to an audience of people who are interested in listening to him speak?
None of the speakers talking in their mother tongue does that. Its' always used at these conventions to talk to their own minorities.

Martin is basing his outlook on Clinton on actual lies.
Oh so since I care about this community and how people interact i'm a brave internet paladin? If you guys are allowed to get upset at someone's views can I not get upset at HOW people are presenting them? Even if he is basing his opinion on Clinton on "actual lies", it's not a reason to be an absolute douche
im not talking to people who solely identifies with the 'anti-establishment no matter what, fuck policies', im talking to the people that identified with sander's progressive platform then switches to trump who has absolute opposite platform i fanthom, i just say its fucking stupid.
Even if you identify with the progressive elements it's still possible to also identify with some things Trump has promised. This isn't an all-or-nothing deal, people are complex and have a wide range of beliefs with varying priorities and I'm not sure why this is hard to understand.
Compare them in the sense that they are both equally bad candidates.
Well I don't anymore, Trump is slightly better. Not enough to stop me from voting third party though.
TELEPROMPTER FUCK UP
None of the speakers talking in their mother tongue does that. Its' always used at these conventions to talk to their own minorities.
Well yeah, he's comfortable in his native tongue of Spanish and he's talking to Spanish speakers. I don't see what the big issue with it would be.
Even if you identify with the progressive elements it's still possible to also identify with some things Trump has promised. This isn't an all-or-nothing deal, people are complex and have a wide range of beliefs with varying priorities and I'm not sure why this is hard to understand. Well I don't anymore, Trump is slightly better. Not enough to stop me from voting third party though.
Trump's platform is literally just the most conservative platform in US history (much more conservative than Romney, certainly McCain, and even G.W. Bush) but with some added bits about trade protectionism and against NATO to Putin's benefit. What is he promising you that is so appealing?
Oh so since I care about this community and how people interact I'm not a brace internet paladin? Even if he is basing his opinion on Clinton on "actual lies", it's not reason to be an absolute douche
if people didn't want people to act like douches then Trump wouldn't be the republican nominee
Well I don't anymore, Trump is slightly better.
On what grounds?
Whether you like it or not, the real fact is people VOTE with feelings, not with facts, it has always been this way and will always be this way. People form connections with everything emotional, that's why they show those really sad cats and dogs on those adopt animals commercials and shit. The democratic side does it too, in fact I would say the liberals are way more known for pandering to feelings over facts. So before you accuse people of being ignorant, or ingesting propaganda, or just being wrong; take a moment to get off your high horse and accept the fact that anyone should be allowed an opinion, even if its based on feeling, without being name-called and ostracized anyways, I didn't mean to contribute the derailing of the thread with my own feelings.
They're allowed to take about voting purely on uninformed emotional appeals, just like I have the right to say that's objectively detrimental to the country.
Well yeah, he's comfortable in his native tongue of Spanish and he's talking to Spanish speakers. I don't see what the big issue with it would be.
Did I say it was an issue? No. however what I did was clarify your statement. That's all.
The thing is there is no facts that we the people can believe due to the corrupt and compicated nature of the Clintons, FBI, and that investigation period. So, in some cases, feelings are the only thing you can connect with. but go ahead, call people fucking pigeons
Trump says he'll bring jobs back, I can beleive him. Clinton says she'll bring jobs back after turning her back on other promises and flip flopping before. Don't be shocked why I trust Trump more than Hillary.
I have to wonder whether Sanders privately regrets the way he ran his campaign at all, now that his own supporters are actively trying to render his hard-fought Democratic platform concessions worthless by making the Democratic Party lose the election.
I liked Tina, I disagree with her but I enjoyed listening to her.
Like we were having a conversation about why somoene would go from the far left to the far right and as always a brave internet paladin had to cast Intervene and rush into the thread to tell Scorpio what a big meany head he is because Pvt. You DIDN'T convince them otherwise, you WON'T convince them otherwise, and you're being a pretty sad person if you think adding dumb prefixes are gonna win you any kind of brownie points. Low and behold, Raidyr, master of facepunch debates. See how stupid that sounds?
Trump says he'll bring jobs back, I can beleive him. Clinton says she'll bring jobs back after turning her back on other promises and flip flopping before. Don't be shocked why I trust Trump more than Hillary.
you can believe him, but your reasons for believing him are fucking retarded
Trump says he'll bring jobs back, I can beleive him. Clinton says she'll bring jobs back after turning her back on other promises and flip flopping before. Don't be shocked why I trust Trump more than Hillary.
Trump flip flops just as much if not more.
if people didn't want people to act like douches then Trump wouldn't be the republican nominee
So since Trump was nominated you're allowed to be a douche to random people on the internet? I mean I just don't get it. I would call someone out on false facts and shit myself, but the fact that you feel entitled to do WHILE being abrasive and rude just baffles me
Even if you identify with the progressive elements it's still possible to also identify with some things Trump has promised. This isn't an all-or-nothing deal, people are complex and have a wide range of beliefs with varying priorities and I'm not sure why this is hard to understand.
so does trump also support higher minimum wage, a more open immigration policy, universal healthcare, subsidized education without breaking down department of education, lgbtq rights across the states, pro-choice, higher taxes on the wealthy, stronger gun control, believing & fighting climate change, getting away from coal & believing its dirty energy, and etc.
Did I say it was an issue? No. however what I did was clarify your statement. That's all.
Ah ok then, no worries.
I have to wonder whether Sanders privately regrets the way he ran his campaign at all, now that his own supporters are actively trying to render his hard-fought Democratic platform concessions worthless by making the Democratic Party lose the election.
How? By being loud at a political convention? Give me a break. If the Democrats lose it's not going to be the fault of Bernie supporters, it'll be the DNC's fault for the absolutely terrible decisions they've made, the shady shit they've been doing, and that they put such an unlikable and unelectable candidate on their ticket.

Also Mexico isn't gonna build the wall it would be total shit they are going to pay for the wall
