all speeches should be musical numbers, i have no problem with this
If this is how the rest of the convention is going to go, we are so fucked in November.
This song is so out of place but damn they actually hired real musicians instead of the disaster that transpired at the DNC with their music

Democratic National Musical
Is this like a halftime show?
So you never even supported Sanders for his policies, just that he was against Clinton, are you aware of any actual policies of any of the candidates this election?
He's against TPP. Trump is against TTP. I'm against TPP. What's not to win. Plus they both agree that the current system is fucked. Trump kept on his course, Sanders is now working with the very definition of a fucked system.
"Hard working Argonians back home."
Sen. Jeff Merkley confirmed for lizard person.

I am really glad I wasn't the only one who heard that

this guy thinks we can get 100% renewable energy to solve climate change. Delusional!

I mean that's literally what we have to do in the next 30 or 40 years otherwise we're going to be facing massive climate change and an ecological disaster.
The Republicans are the delusional ones for calling coal a clean fuel source...
He's against TPP. Trump is against TTP. I'm against TPP. What's not to win. Plus they both agree that the current system is fucked. Trump kept on his course, Sanders is now working with the very definition of a fucked system.
And Hillary has been against the TPP since less than 48 hours after the final draft was published, echoing the same complaints about worker rights and labor protections that she did with CAFTA years ago.
If your car is broken, do you just say "aw shucks let's go buy a new one with Trump Dollars!" or do you pull out your tools, get greasy, and fix the fucking thing like a capable human being?
What time does the bernie speech start? As much as I love seeing these speakers flounder, I've had my fill.
You don't trust Trump specifically but you trust people who say they will cut wasteful spending.
You asked for a position I like. I gave you one. Trust has nothing to do with it, I like the idea of less wasteful spending. You asked, I answered, now you're trying to use my answer to club me over the head.
I'd argue isolationism conflicts with your interests in ways you don't notice
Possibly, but you could say that with anything.
How scaled back? American isolationism did not work back in the 20s and 30s and I don't think it'd work now. Now I personally don't like 'America as the police force of the world' but I think going away from your allies won't help the country in the slightest.
That was a different time, but so far I don't feel like Europeans are very valuable allies because of EU policy and social differences that drive me up the wall. I see us growing apart and I'm wondering if cutting the cord now is better than waiting to see.
I agree and European forces have started to pay more and more due to the looming threats in our region. You can see that in 2014 it is insane how much America spent on NATO. Now 2 years later America is spending less and Europe is spending more together than ever.
It's not that I hate Europeans or something like that, but the moment we don't show up your continent are the first people crying about how we're not doing our part. I'm not saying you specifically do this or Norwegians in general but I am saying we get a lot of shit and I'm reluctant to admit I'm an American when I'm overseas. I shouldn't feel that way among "allies" should I?
We welcome you when you visit, but being physically spat on is not the kind of behavior that makes us (or more specifically me) want to even acknowledge you exist.
I mean that's literally what we have to do in the next 30 or 40 years otherwise we're going to be facing massive climate change and an ecological disaster.

Republicans are retarded on climate change issues but so are the Democrats in resolving them. I've ranted in every thread that the Democrats are wasting their efforts on renewables when NO ONE is looking into nuclear.
Rather than me explaining how it can't work, I have yet to hear a clear and thorough plan on it can work. How we can attain 100% renewable energy and have a stable, reliable energy infrastructure? All I hear is "its up to the millenials" rather than "here is what we are going to do".

What?
Your knowledge of Trump comes from RIPBILLYMAYS?
Do your own fucking research. Jesus. I hated Hillary and I've now spent hours and hours researching her topics and reading op-eds on both sides of the aisle and now I think she'd be a capable and moderately progressive president even though I still dislike her character.
Neither of you understand policy and both of you treat the presidential election like a goddamn reality TV show. No wonder.
It didn't come straight from RIPBILLYMAYS. I just asked him about Trump and he pointed me in the right direction for un-biased information about Trump.
What?
Illegal immigration is a crime, you'll spend time in the jarl's dungeon for that.
THEY MENTIONED /POL/ IN THE ATTACK ADS AHAHAAHAH

There is no such thing as "un-biased information." If you take something as fact when someone tells you it's "unbiased" and don't read about opposing views, your knowledge on that topic is wrong.
He's against TPP. Trump is against TTP. I'm against TPP. What's not to win. Plus they both agree that the current system is fucked. Trump kept on his course, Sanders is now working with the very definition of a fucked system.
Clinton, Sanders, and Trump are all against TPP. Trump also hasn't promised campaign reform.
oh shit this is the last speaker on the list before Sanders
THEY MENTIONED /POL/ IN THE ATTACK ADS AHAHAAHAH
Man, this really is a party
I legitimately wish Obama was allowed to run for a third term at this point.
Man if I was a Democrat who really didn't like illegal immigration I'd be pissed right now.
It didn't come straight from RIPBILLYMAYS. I just asked him about Trump and he pointed me in the right direction for un-biased information about Trump.
Are you talking about Trumps website or what?

I referred him to communities and news sources that are pro-Trump. Also, the mainstream media is completely anti-Trump so the Centipedes are exposed to opposing viewpoints I assure you. I won't speak for him but I read on everything from multiple sources before I try to make my statements.

can you post the links
I think this guy along with Elijah seriously tried to downplay FBI Director Comey's testimony on Clinton's email scandal.
