Maybe the Dems are onto something...
If we reach critical mass of cringe then ISIS will just kill themselves
What does that even meeeeaaan
Their extension cords aren't long enough to reach a wall socket from center stage.
What are they chanting?
What does that even meeeeaaan
boring, for one
Hillary has the support of our generals and admirals!
She polls at ~14% with the armed forces
Now they are taking Bin Laden away from Obama. It wasn't his success, it was hers :v::v::v:
Lost respect for Panetta
What are they chanting? No more wars?
[editline]27th July 2016[/editline]
Is there some place that can explain how these chant-fights work?
"USA USA USA" and "LIES AND LIES" on the other side?
It's hard to make out.
[editline]27th July 2016[/editline]
It's Crazy Joe's turn.

the generals and admirals dont want a hotshot who ignores his advisors in office
Anyone else cringe earlier when they had that lady using Sandy Hook as a political tool?
They really should've run with Joe.

The Orlando one was pretty bad. "I worked for the state police, I know sensible gun laws work. The shooter shouldn't have access to an assault rifle that fires 30 rounds a minute" :v:
Ignore the fact that Orlando was antigay Islamic violence and that Sandy Hook was a mentally ill kid with a stolen weapon, we need more gun laws that'll fix everything.

The Orlando shooting was the reason I even began supporting Trump.

why
an american citizen did something terrible, Trump talks about immigration and stopping that from happening again, but ignored the actual real world context that created the guy in the first place?
is this the RNC???
USA USA USA
edit: man biden really would've won this election easily
is this the RNC???

Oh course it isn't
At the RNC we at least got to good speechs and moments before 10PM

an American citizen born from a severly unhinged pro-Taliban immigrant
an American citizen born from a severly unhinged pro-Taliban immigrant
which Trumps policy would have stopped how exactly
are we changing history to suit Trumps rhetoric now?
Joe's speech totally beat Michelle's

Pretty certain a pro-Taliban immigrant who thinks he's the president of Afghanistan would be denied citizenship under his(and hopefully everyone's) immigration policy.

You vastly overestimate the degree of competence Trumps plan would have then.
[editline]27th July 2016[/editline]
Like here's what I don't fucking get about your "argument" that Trump would have stopped this.
The guy was born in America, 30 fucking years ago. Who's fucking immigration policy would this have fallen under?
Not anyone that Trump is blaming for this, and it certainly couldn't have been stopped if Trump was president right now at this very moment, during Obama's term.
SO the claim that Trumps policy would effect this at all is factually untrue.
Just fucking straight up, it's a lie to say Trump would have stopped this at all.

Not that I think "banning Muslims" would be a good idea, but a blanket suspension of immigration from predominantly Muslim countries would absolutely have affected this when his father immigrated.
Would it affect things now? No. Much like gun control it's ineffective and ultimately pointless.
When did I ever argue Trump would've stopped Orlando?
Your hate for the dude has you so fired up that you're just going off on a mindless rant.

Yeah so I don't get the claim. it's baseless and empty because unless you're going to rewrite history, it's entirely, entirely baseless.
It's a stupid one to make IMO.
Yeah doing something drastically different 30 years ago, leads to a drastically different future. That's self evident and to give Trump credit for such an empty hypothetical like so many people here seem to be doing is nothing short of pure intellectual dishonesty.

I posted in reply to Martin saying he's voting for Trump because Trumps action plan post Orlando was the best
I questioned "Why" because there's no logical connection between the two that I can see being of value.
You, yes, you, responded with something about an american citizen with a bad heritage, as if that actually applies to anything Trump wanted to do about this. So I really have to wonder, how you made the connection between the Orlando shooter and Trump being a better choice
feel free to act like I'm an idiot, I honestly stopped caring what facepunch thought of me this month, I may be an idiot for seeing the argument you're making and being utterly confused by it.
Even at that the whole thing is dumb, if we count this as in "Islamic mass-shooting" it's one of three? in the past ten years that were successful. Meanwhile in Europe they seem to be having them more or less monthly, and often enough when they do happen here they end in some postal worker or random armed person blasting the dumb bastard before he can finish yelling "Allahu ackbar."
Damn, Mike Bloomberg just gave quite a speech. Man talked a lot of sense.

Yeah I'm not going to deny that there's more violence being reported on than ever before, that there may even be more violence out there in general, that's not something I'm arguing.
I'm arguing, no, I'm asking, how does Trumps response to Orlando make people want to vote for him, when there's nothing him presiding over the nation would have changed?
You need to reevaluate Martin's post that triggered you.
He, I assume, supports Trump not because of his immigration but because the left ignores the cause of these tragedies, in this case a radical ideology, and instead goes gungho on gun rights.
