It's a fair comparison. It should take some pretty powerful magic to do so
This is amazing, RNC didn't do this mistake. There were no Cruz or Kasich speakers. But, here we have a Bernie speaker amping up the crowd for Bernie and NOT Hillary.
The one who didn't see this being a bad idea should be fired.
If you don't unite behind the party you are literally Voldermort.
Now if only their candidate wasn't for sale

I think it's better than just ignoring them, that'd tear the party a part for sure after the election.
"We did not win by selling out, we did it by standing up!"
-No, we did not win.

Cruz or Kaisch didn't have more support than the nominee
Jesus Christ, there's no way this was her actual speech. She's poking the fires and the Bernie supporters, this is not going to end well.
I would feel insulted if I were a Bernie supporter.
Can anyone who was tell me what it's like to see this shit? It's awful.
Cruz or Kaisch didn't have more support than the nominee
So if the situation was like the way it is with Hillary and Bernie, we could've had a potential three people having speakers for their campaign that could make it an even more fun event?
Man, what a blowout.
"This is what democracy looks like," she says as the DNC rigged the system
"THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRACY LOOKS LIKE!"
[incoherent chanting, booing]
they used it to defend Melania Trump's plagiarism
Yes, I saw that.
How are the audience going to respond to Bernie's pro-Hillary speech tonight?
I can't wait when Bernie makes his speech and realizes the monster he has unleashed on America.
What's "Love Trumps Hate" supposed to mean?
It's one of Hillary Clintons' campaign slogal. That the unity and love of Hillary Clinton and the Democrats will beat the hateful campaign of Trump (Trumping his campaign)

It feels like being told a bunch of platitudes and bullshit to make me feel better about voting for someone I think is incompetent and corrupt.
"Love does Trump hate" was probably one of the cleverest things I've heard during this election.

Yeah, I only just realized trump wasn't referring to Trump.
I think the Bernie campaign is admitting they lost this election but they've won the future of the party.
I ALWAYS STOOD FOR BERRRRRNIEEEE AND I will (definitely vote for Hillary pls dont get mad pls)
I don't really like the way she yells things. The whole "words words words, WORDS WORDS WORDS" is pretty annoying to listen to
Superdelegate system needs fixing?
Why fix something that was meant to do this in the first place?
I think the Bernie campaign is admitting they lost this election but they've won the future of the party.
if democrats win, they did
they finally made progressivism mainstream rather than an echo chamber in universities and facebook
this pretty much opened the way for acceptance for progressive candidates and electing them in
unless we have trump win which will pretty much kill it for decades. progressives will never be taken seriously again outside of san fransico and portland

The identity of the bernie campaign is anti-status-quo. At this DNC it just feels like its getting absorbed into a status quo thing. The rallying cry that distinguishes it will die out and turn back into the general dem v rep bs that has been around forever. The dem party isn't the 'party of the 99%' it is the party that tries to pander as if it is. If it were the party of the 99% then a person with over 50% disapproval wouldn't be on the fucking ticket.
My god, you are incredible. You turn from Bernie supporter to actually believing the bollocks the Republicans spin about Benghazi within weeks. Truly incredible how someone can be so easy to convince. I've never seen anything like it. It's one thing being so viscerally opposed to Clinton that you support Trump... sure, I think its dumb as well, but this is a whole other level, literally changing everything you believe to suit your favoured cult hero when it suits you with clearly no ideological beliefs or principals that you have thought through at all given how willingly and quickly you change them.
Sanders lost the election. I decided to instead of crying about it constantly and blindly hoping like some moron, to just look at the hand I was delt with and choose from there on which canidate right now would be better for ME.
I chose Trump. I choose him because Hillary is disgusting, and there ain't no other fucking options in sight.
Do you see Obama getting a sudden third term? No. Did Sanders flip the double birds and walk out? No he still stood there bowing his head down and saying "yes m'am" to the most disgusting person in modern history.
And I don't want to abstain because I'm not going to throw my vote away and sit at home doing nothing. I decided to throw all of the anti-trump bullshit to the side, and I gave him a solid chance for me.
I would rather vote for Donald Trump, than be some poor bastard from r/sanders4president, sitting in a pool of tears in the fetal position, telling myself he's gonna win somehow. Also how bad is this forum when people like you can't even respect someone's decision to change their mind on their own terms based on what they need from a President?
I think the Bernie campaign is admitting they lost this election but they've won the future of the party.
They have. I'm not quite sure who's going to replace Bernie as the leader but this generation will gain control of it in the next ten-twenty years. I for one can only view that as a good thing.
"The chair determines..."
I have a feeling we're going to hear this phrase a lot when things don't go according to the script
Who is this cis scum white male shit lord?
Who dare let him into the democratic party? Is this not suppose to be a party of diversity?
Ready to leave for Canada, baby!
Mr. Not for Sale, has sold himself.
It would be blind to pretend The DNC is going to suddenly nominate Sanders. Even blinder to just start trusting Sanders blindly after endorsing, and saying these words even at this final chance to turn the Berniebots against Clinton once and for all.
You were a huge Sanders supporter before, what happened recently that made you go from far left to far right.
There is already a picture out that encapsulates this entire convention and DNC as a whole
