Problem 1: No SVN.
"How do I freeze props?"
Problem 2: Apple's new and stupid mouse has no right click support.
"Where's my garrysmod/garrysmod folder? Help!"
Problem 3: Where the hell is the steam folder going to be? Right click and open package contents? No.

What?
Also, how can mac users freeze props? I'm not saying that macs can't right click, but I seriously want to know: How can you right click while holding left click on a mac? Especially on macbooks.

Using a real mouse.

my family owns 5 Macs, but now I just have 1 since I moved out. had 3 iMacs and 2 MacBooks.
[editline]07:53AM[/editline]
the Mighty Mouse and the Magic Mouse both have right and left click but the Mighty Mouse was terrible IMO (got a MX518) and I never used the Magic Mouse.
Who even owns a Mac?

Garry.... NO PLEASE GARRY, THIS IS TORTURE! At least relece it to linux before releacing it to mac... linux can be run on a windows pc making it awsome but for a MAC! You have to download hackintosh and then see if your pc is correct specs and blah blagh blah... Cmon though, a mac is for work and grapics, a pc is for gaming and just about evry peice of software in the world. End of story :D

Gee I dunno I mean maybe garry could change it to a key on the Mac version? Nah that's a crazy idea.

Garry will be back in a few years, he's porting Source to Linux.

Either by getting a real mouse or binding right click to some random keyboard key
damnit now garrysmod will be filled with a bunch of hipster douchebags that do nothing but minge and complain that they can't understand wire.
Then said douchebags will invade FP.
Think about what you're doing garry
what the hell are you talking about?
more noobs to deal with in zombie survival....
uuugghhhhhhh.....
not all Mac users will noobs, it's quite likely you have played with Mac users (who use Boot Camp or Parallels) already and didn't even know it.
Either by getting a real mouse or binding right click to some random keyboard key
Heh, I remember one time I had to use a broken mouse for a while. Left-click didn't work, so I rebound middle-click as left-click. That was a pain in the ass.
And back when I was playing Halo on the PC, I bound Shift to Fire, since the game lacked sprint. Worked great with the Assault Rifle. Every time my reflexes tried to sprint, I got covering fire.
When you decide to ignore all rules about what is supposed to do what, you can do some fun things. I programmed a Doom/Quake clone once to use the arrow keys to move and the home/end/pgup/pgdn thing to look. Awkward to get your hands there, but offered more keys than WSAD+arrows.
and pc has had gmod for how long now? (gmod 8)
I've been playing on a mac for about a week, not much difficulty but I have to use an external numpad. Game runs smooth and such, using crossover.

I tried a trail of Crossover to compare it Boot Camp, ran Source games fine but it struggled a bit on other games. I prefer Boot Camp but now I don't need it
How long will it take for people to realize that Mac mouse's have right click, even though they are one piece?

How is this torture, nobody's forcing you to use it on the mac.
Also, you obviously don't need to check the specs on any other types of PCs, just macs.
And regarding your last point: not anymore.
