Honestly I can only think of two reasons why they would be making such a hoot. Either [b]A.[/b] They're batshit insane and want to start a war only to get steamrolled by the rest of the world or [b]B.[/b] They're trying to rally the people behind their new leader by preparing them for war then saying their "glorious leader" saved them from the brink by whatever magical reason they can come up with. I honestly hope it's B for everyones sake.

Any idea whether Russia would side with North Korea if the war is declared? I heard Russia has pretty good diplomatic relationships with North Korea and has probably given also some technology. Though I see it as likely that Russia would just stab their backs.

Independently, they may have a stronger and more advanced military now, but they lack the connections to even survive in a war against the South.

Then a bunch of people remembered the Toxx clause, and if he doesn't post pictures of said hair-eating (if, theoretically, there is any fighting), he'll get perma-b&. After that, a bunch of people latched on to it, pretty much making it as funny as an old meme. In other words, it's been reposted so much it's essentially the tumor of every NK thread. Never post about it, ever.
