This is strange, something fishy is going on, Garry actually set up a proper beta before this update, and the time 13:37 makes it even more interesting, and more changes would have been committed that just "Moved to source 2010".

Anyway, For those that are optimistic you can get into singleplayer w/ a clean gmod installation and a copy of the lua directory within the GCF, however I suspect you will most likely crash.
