Now, we don't have the full story here so who knows if this driver had a habit of being late, but it's pretty irrelevant at this point. As it was said earlier, Kanye demanded a physically impossible task of his driver and then fired him for being unable to complete it. That is wrong, if not legally than most certainly morally.

That, and My Dark Beautiful Twisted Fantasy was one of the most amazing albums I've heard in the past decade. I honestly don't see why everyone gets pissed off when celebrities don't adhere to our expectations as model citizens.
