Man Wins Lamborghini Murcielago, Crashes it a Few Hours Later.

I'd rather sell it than drive it. As much as I'd like to actually own and use a car like that, imagine what it would be like practically for the average joe.
How do you spin out in a 4WD car?
I mean, it's possible, but it's a lot more difficult to spin one out in comparison to any other RWD car.
He's probably on summer tires in the winter. Dumb idea.
The guy just couldn't handle the car. Sports cars may seem easier to drive then a regular econo-car but driving my friend's Porsche 911 turbo S was a bitch. If you give it to much power or weren't expecting the pickup you miss your target by a few feet.
Almost ran the car up on a curb switching lanes and giving it power.

The car probably has bias towards the rear wheels. With that much power, it'd be possible to loose traction even with a 50-50 power split. If his front wheels went over a very slippy area as he was accelerating (even gently), the rear wheels would probably keep on spinning, send the car spinning sideways.

Aye. I'd try to sell it for a decent daily driver and a cheap classic car.
who the fuck drives a Lambo in the snow?
There is a reason you don't see sports cars during Canada's winters.
All Lambos (minus a special edition Gallardo) are all-wheel-drive. If you drive conservatively, you'd probably be in more danger of crashing a Mazda Miata than a Lambo supercar. The guy probably felt confident the car could handle snow.
reminds me of this:

Number one reason why I couldn't drive something like that.
"Everyone's staring at me like they expect me to pull off some sick stunt, fuck man just pop it into first and don't stall man that's all you have to do"

you're almost certainly right that there's a bias on the 4wd system towards the rear wheels, sports cars that use 4wd generally do.
the bigger problem is that it probably wasn't fitted with winter or even all-purpose tyres, which makes it pretty difficult to drive on snow, especially considering the amount of torque that it'll put down.
The car is easily repaired so he won't be out of his prize after just six hours. File it under lesson learned.
I'm glad the owner isn't some young idiot.

Hi my name is Jon Olsson, I'm a professional snowboarder.
I'm usually not into sports cars but that looks like one sexy beast.
I especially like the snow-camo-ish paintjob.

I think all (new) Lambos are all wheel drive.
If I ever won a car like this, I'd probably end up selling it and getting a car more within my budget, I don't need such an extravagant vehicle when a decently priced one that has cheap insurance would do just fine.
Not to mention all the money left over that I could put to different areas.
Even worse when gas would chew through your money like a hot knife through butter AND the car would be a carjacker's dream.
He obviously crashed it because he didn't want it.

He is a skier acutally.
Well nothing of value was lost, literally.
I bet the car will cost thousands to repair.
Thousands? It costs thousands for a little tin of paint.
He should've sold that Lamborghini; few of my dads friends have lamborghini's and they are more trouble then they are actually worth, always in shop etc.
Still get 100,000 grand if he sold it. Don't lose their value much because of a small crash.
