I'm pretty certain it'll come to PC a year or so after the Xbox One version releases. Look at Dead Rising 3/Fable Anniversary. There's no reason not to honestly. "Console sellers" only go so far and either way, Microsoft profits. People seem to forget that they are the company producing the operating system people are gaming on.
It's in their best interest to release as many exclusives for PC as they can considering people are planning to migrate over to Linux when it becomes viable.

Probably Microsoft being douchebags. If it was coming to PC this mouse would actually have features a gaming mouse needs, like an adjustable DPI.
