By definition you are correct, however certain circumstances might make it plausible. A genetic mutation can occur which causes a male twin to drop a Y chromosome and develop as a female, also known as Turner Syndrome.
This is however an extremely rare scenario.

I don't really see the whole shizzle about this. The social taboo for incest evolved purely to avoid the malformed children which may be born out of incest. Since they share only one parent, there is pretty big chance that none of their children are going to be anyhow anomalous, as their first son has already proven.
I don't know if I would want to take the risks of having another child, but my view on the relationship wouldn't get worse by any chance. Actually, I think they might probably understand themselves much more than other people.
