We get small quakes here now and then in the netherlands due to caves collapsing when we pump up gas from them.
Might be the same for Florida? Dunno if there are any gas or oil reserves there being exploited.

None of the explanations given thus far can accurately explain a steady, consistent vibration that lasted almost 15 minutes. I feel sorry for the people in Florida who still have no idea what the fuck happened to their home.
