Why is Valve fucking up so much recently?

On the subject of Valve's inaction, my point is that they were quick to make a statement about one guy making a crude joke, but something as serious as this is seemingly being ignored by Valve's PR.

Blame the city of shanghai, not the event. And yeah, streams been fucked but the great firewall of China doesn't help (lag wise) but production has been very poor. As for teams missing, it was just opening ceremony, Chinese teams didn't want to show.

8 hours till next game. I feel terrible for everyone involved with this event.
