They are making a sequel to it at the moment.
But wasn't the Burton Alice already supposed to be a semi-sequel to the actually good Alice? Not to mention it had a very non sequel allowing ending.
is he high?
A friend of mine reminded me that Tim Burton did Big Fish, which is well outside the more well known macabre atmosphere that he presents.

So I could see kinda how Dumbo could work w/ Tim Burton.
read: padding out the film with dumb shit nobody cares about
Probably a generic white middle class family story I assume
burton no
burton plz stahp
Why Burton though? Not completely objecting just kinda confused.
'cause he's Hollywood's go-to quirky, artsy fartsy weirdo diRector xddd
This could actually work out, if done well
The issue is that it won't be done well
Dumbo is known for three things: Pink elephants, kinda racist crows, and "Baby Mine". And two of those things won't fly today.
Why the fuck would tim burton do this?
This actually pisses me off,It's a kids movie made by disney
it does not need to be turned into one of his fucked up dark suicidethons.
Fucking No!

Tim Burton will bring back Crawling in My Skin.
I'm starting to think Disney have totally lost it. I'm guessing the execs got stoned and thought "Hey, imagine if Tim Burton did the Pink Elephants' Parade!" and everybody was like "Yeah. Let's do that."
I would like the humans in this movie to be natural, but knowing Burton, he'll give everyone wacky hairstyles and try and make it as edgy as Disney will allow it to be.

More like "Hey, imagine if we had more money!" "genius"
Holy facepunch is negative , anybody doing a live action remake of dumbo is gonna have a hell of a time making this movie. A live action version of this movie is a horrible idea, but who knows we could be surprised!
Oh boy, I'd love to see the reactions to the crows.
Will dumbo be a juggalo?
Hopefully it isnt darker than Bansky's Dumbo

Is there no line this maniac won't cross

It's freaking dumbo for christ sake
I bet Johnny Depp will play as Dumbo.
I'm sure Helena Bonham could act the role as a mouse doe'
Live action, so Dumbo will actually be CGI.
I don't see how he couldn't be. At some point he'll have to fly too. :v: Also, I don't think Tim Burton has the energy to work with a real elephant plus I wish for no animal have to suffer through that performance.
