Well, when sleeping great means taking melatonin and downing it with Alcohol, I guess I DO sleep well!

This coincides with my findings. I've been able to sleep much better after realizing I was white.

Damn, it sucked working midnights though. It's a hard shift and going from nocturnal weekdays to a regular weekend is ridiculous at times. Exercise. Make sure you're hydrated fairly well before you go to sleep. Believe it or not that's a major cause of a lot of people's sleeping problems. Not too much though because we know some of you will still piss the bed...

I've slept through my alarm several times, which has woken my dad up who sleeps in the room across the house from me, I've also slept right through my dog barking right in my face. So yeah, I think I sleep pretty well.

This article is right. I wake up every morning feeling like someone just kicked my ass in my sleep.

Considering they didn't account for disparity of income among the different races, it seems like the study might not have been as well done as it could have been. A better way to do this would be to compare the amount of sleep of co-workers of the same or similar salaries in some large place like a factory (it's Chicago, couldn't be that difficult to do).
