china isn't fond of the US by any means, weakening of the US would be something they would want, if they could away with it with no/minimal consequences that is.
remember china considers south/east asia as their sphere of influence, and they see the US as "Meddling" in it.

Actually, its strengthening US presence in the area. Just economically it shows that the US is still a power house to not fuck with.

Last night I had a dream right where I was playing as the UK and USA threw a few nukes at Russia and it all kicked off ending in many places getting devastated but for some reason Edinburgh survived and I don't even live there so I don't know why.
The good thing is I had a nuclear submarine hidden with 200 nukes for some reason so I went crazy at the end and smashed Russia with 200 and the world lagged
