Or you could have completely lost the Winter war. Russia needs to be put in its place from time to time.

We just call ourselves "partizāni"/ "meža brāļi" (forest brothers) :D
Well, sorry, but Latvian forest brothers didn't do anything significant compared to Lithuanian ones. That's one of the reasons you have an overwhelming 32 percent Russian minority in your country, which would be enough of a casus-belli for Russia to invade and "liberate the russian minority" if Putin really did go batshit insane. Same with Estonia, i think it's even worse with the Russians there. We only have 5 percent of Russians (thanks to our forest brothers)

And i mean Jesus, almost half of the population living in Riga is Russian, which truly says a lot. Sorry guys.
i want putin to give a televised announcement to the united nations about the occupations, and when a speaker asks him why he is moving in despite the protests of ukraine, he says "crimea river"

um what are you even talking about
estonian forest brothers did loads of shit and so did lithuanian but the reason for the massive russian population in lativa is that the soviets systematically imported russians there, no forest brother could do jack shit about that
its not as bad in lithuania and estonia but the forest brothers have nothing to do with that
forest brothers are called "metsavennad" in estonian and they absolutely werent a lithuanian only thing, even my grandfather was one
So let's recap...
Half of UKR has russian flags.Russian troops and equipment in Crimea and the RU-UKR border.
UKR army is on high alert.
Foreignpolicy article stating that Nato should/will intervene with troops.
Harsh dialogues between US and RUS diplomats.
I wonder where this is leading...

And said that the Lithuanian forest brothers were one of the many reasons why Lithuania was never russofied like Latvia or Estonia was. I never specificly mentioned that forest brothers were a lithuanian only thing (if i did, sorry, brain fart)
Also they systematicly tried to bring Russians here too, but guess why they failed.
Inbefore russian spetsnaz do some false flag business and tens of thousands of troops are brought in to protect the ethnic russians.

In before? It's already happening.
In before? It's already happening.
I meant tens of thousands as in hinting at the 150k man military exercise going conveniently close to the border.
They're not on high alert because the people literally embrace them.
Canada is pulling there ambassador from Russia and urging Canadians in Russia to leave.
Welp
They're not on high alert because the people literally embrace them.
Especially when they are from Moscow for a photoshoot.

Fun fact: That's 2,000 more men than the United States invaded Iraq with!
(Not counting the other 117,000 Coalition troops that also invaded Iraq)
Especially when they are from Moscow for a photoshoot.
What a conspiracy, the city of 77% Russian ethnic decent are embracing Russia instead of their faltering state which can't defend itself.

I am talking about the nazi that replaced the flag.

I've always wondered, why don't you live in Russia?
I've always wondered, why don't you live in Russia?
Because the west is a better place to live.
Welp, here comes WWIII.
Time to get in our vaults anyone?

Do you even realize the implications of what you've just said
Because the west is a better place to live.
This is the most baffling answer I've ever read.
This is getting really, really bad.

They literally can't defend themselves. Russian troops apparently occupied their airfield without firing a shot, now Ukraine has an airfield with Mig-29's that can't do anything in the event of war, might as well be Russian owned Mig-29's. There so far has been no resistance in Crimea, it's de-facto Russian territory.

What did you want me to say? I live in one of the most liveable cities on Earth and I love my country. Canada is great, however our government is not great.

Defend themselves from what?
wait so this means we can give parts of Florida back to Cuba
awesome
Defend themselves from what?
The red menace.
And if we get enough Canadians to stand in Detroit for long enough, Windsor can annex it!
What if Mexico comes for Texas?
And if we get enough Canadians to stand in Detroit for long enough, Windsor can annex it!
Is this a straw man argument?
And if we get enough Canadians to stand in Detroit for long enough, Windsor can annex it!
Oh god we would forcefully remove Canadians from Detroit if that were possible.
Is this a straw man argument?
No it is actually a wet nipple double-dip fallacy
you caught me
