Be that as it may, there are no other close countries which use the same equipment, have the same resources, and have as much of an interest in ensuring the Ukraine stays under Russian control. Then again, these could be Ukranians- Maybe Russia's funding and equipping elements of the military who are loyal to the ousted dictator.
