You can tell he's a child of them still mostly due to the eyes/nose although it's still interesting, these kinds of cases are very rare, im pretty sure it's albino.

Possibly a really recessive gene or something. Like way, way back in their family history. Could even be thousands of years.

To bad it wasen't a boy, if so he will grow up to be the first white guy with a enormous dick.

Its possible that the mother is a chimera, i only read few different stories of them and its far stretched. Chimeras are basically when twins merge really early in pregnancy and baby is left with 2 sets of DNA some organs sharing one twins DNA and others sharing other type of DNA. Now i heard somewhere about a woman who gave a birth to both white and a black kid. What if the babies grandmother happened to cheat with a white man, the twins fused and left the mother a chimera, if that happened to the kids mother and she ended up with white persons ovaries and such and black everything else. This means that her eggs would be of a white woman and she could look black. This in theory is possible but id go for cheating version myself.
