Well it can perfectly be explained with scientific facts and shit. You know, genetics and stuff.
Everyone born with a chance of having blue, brown, green or whatever eyes, and it's the same about hair. This is just a very rare case where two very rare possibilities came out together.
This, or that guy can hire a lawyer.
And this kid isn't an albino, if he was the lack of appropriate pigments would make his eyes red and his hair white, plus the very pale skin.

why don't they check the parents DNA to make sure there is no white person. Maybe one of their ancestors got raped by a white slave owner, wasn't that unusual, but it wouldn't be documented. It would be improbably for the baby to be fully white, but possible if there was rapage.

Actually, it's the opposite. Newborns of white European descent tend to have blue eyes that darken with age.
