• Japan scrambles fighter jets as Chinese aircraft enters disputed islands' airspace

Its okay Japan's military is extremely advanced and they'd win, their teenagers are trained extremely well. I watch anime so I'd know.
china will soon grow larger.
Violation of airspace happens quite often though. USA once even crashed with a Chinese jet which caused the Chinese pilot to die, and then the damaged spy plane had to land unauthorized(i think) in China. And then we got Russia that flies into Canada from time to time I think.
Russia occasionally tootles it's planes over to Britain as well. Then it's up to the fine gentlemen of the RAF to tell them to go away again.
It was a plane similar to this

However, if you review the type of aircraft produced for the Chinese airforce, its a pretty formidable force. While their current fleet lacks any counter to an aircraft such as the f-22, Japan doesn't have much of an airforce to speak of, and its mostly modified f-16's that would respond. China is home producing jets that are more formidable than the f-16. Part of the reason why Japan wanted the US to export some f-22's, so that they wouldn't need to field a large force to be more than a match for the PLA.

Yeah border crossing is not rare at all. We send a few jets up north every few months it seems, to guide a Russian bear out.

Even more than they have F-2s.
You forgot most recently:
It's like they enlisted one dude with one plane to go around the world, peeking in places where he's not allowed to see how long it takes that country's air force to find them, say "oh you!" and escort them out.
The Chinese know better than to mess with Japan, since we've had Japan's back since WW2.
Which is fucking weird.
Which is fucking weird.
We (the US) forced Japan to completely disarm their military. All of a military they have now is a small defense force. We help Japan whenever they need help. I personally think that we should allow them to build their military back up though.
