Anyone else interested by jobs-europe , I thought Valve only had a company in the EU for Steam?

Even if it is being worked on, I honestly think the years of hype is bad for the game, it puts expectations too high to match.

HL2 took 6 years to develop, TF2 took 9, look at how they ended up. Its been exactly 6 years since HL2:EP2, im sure if they released within the next year or two it will very likely live up to the hype.

A game has hype, therefore it can't be good. Duh.

My theory is that HL3 will be released/announced Fall 2014, since the it will be HL2's 10 year anniversary. I can only hope

I'd like to see Valve do both, both push new avenues of gaming with characters and a universe which we hold near and dear.

Valve is just doing what they feel is more popular at the moment( dota 2, hardware )
