And nothing will get done and Russia will walk all over Ukraine because NATO and the UN are useless. Seriously, this is the time where words are worth shit and action is needed because if we don't do anything we'll seem weak kneed to everyone else, and then things will just get worse. Just intervene already.
Russia has nukes. Far as I see it, if the UN and NATO interfere, then Russia will just wave it's nukes around to scare us off. Unlike North Korea, Russia's Nukes are quite competent.
Couldn't we just sell advanced weapons systems to the Ukrainians? I mean, I get the feeling Ukrainian soldiers equipped with better rifles, better body armour and better mechanized armour would fair better against these "rebels" than with their current equipment. An M4 is a hell of a lot more accurate than some dilapidated AK-74s.
Ukraine's issue isn't equipment it's loyal men.

Let's just hope those tanks got separated from the rest of the herd.

An M4 is a hell of a lot more accurate than some dilapidated AK-74s.
Not really.
And further bankrupt the Ukrainian government? This war is destroying their economy, and their population is in severe decline.
Problem is that Ukraine doesn't have money to feed their own citizens, let alone buy advanced weaponry. [editline]28th August 2014[/editline] I really don't get what the fuss is about. Rebels got tanks? Well they had them for a lot of time. Rebels got new tanks? That's still not "Russia conquering more countries!".
Another tank operating, this time in Novoazovsk. Uploaded <2hrs ago. Major offensive and artillery/shelling around Donetsk at the moment.

So long as you're not fighting with something silly like a musket or something hideously unreliable like a fresh from the trenches Chauchat, having a ever-so-slightly better small arm is not going to make a difference. In fact, the logistical problems of supplying troops using 2 different rifles requiring different ammunition, parts and cleaning techniques would worsen the situation. Body armour, supplies (ammunition, food and medical supplies in particular), anti-tank weapons and vehicles would make a much, much greater difference.

PUSH EM BACK TO THE DNIPER COMRADES, FOR THE MOTHERLAND!!! But seriously, has Putin lost his marbles? The way I've seen it in EUIV is that if you don't want a coalition, you don't constantly fuck with other countries.

How can people turn to Russia when all they bring are tanks.
Russian businessman Mikhail Khodorkovsky: We are at war with Ukraine. We send soldiers there and technology.
At the same time our government is constantly lying. In the 80s - to Afghanistan. In the 90s - to Chechnya. Today - the Ukraine. Khodorkovsky have every reason to be butthurt at Russia, since he was imprisoned for theft.
Khodorkovsky have every reason to be butthurt at Russia, since he was imprisoned for theft.
And how does that devalue his statement? Being imprisoned would only make him want to come forward.
And how does that devalue his statement? Being imprisoned would only make him want to come forward.
He was freed recently, and ran away. So he can say everything he wants, and I don't think he will be talking something good about his former country.
He was freed recently, and ran away. So he can say everything he wants, and I don't think he will be talking something good about his former country.
He will be the first to sprout bad (and possibly true) things, but that may be a good thing for the Russian public depending on how true his statements are. CNN is running this in one of their articles. Seems mainstream sources are happy to verify this is happening.
"This is a full-scale invasion," Lysenko said, referring to the fighting in the south. U.S. officials also said Russian troops were directly involved in the latest fighting, despite Moscow's denials. Intelligence now indicates that up to 1,000 Russian troops have moved into southern Ukraine with heavy weapons and are fighting there, a U.S. official told CNN on Thursday. It's time to present an ultimatum.
And a third violation of Finnish airspace in a week... http://yle.fi/uutiset/third_russian_airspace_violation_in_a_week/7438235
To be honest, the airspace violation thing is something they do all the time, and have done for as long as they've had aircraft. I'd be more worried if it were ground border violations, although them poking at our border with a transport plane rather than the usual Tu-95 is a bit odd.

He was fuming that it can't be an accident and can't happen again. So air defense patrols will be beefed up. I'm kind of waiting when someone shoots something over here. Welp.
It's time to stop posting.
You do realise this is proven truth? Ukrainians are showing news stories of how some of their towns move to wood burning for heating. I am not joking or attacking anyone. They don't have any fucking money, period. Ukraine has never been rich and after 5 months of stagnation it didn't get any better. [editline]28th August 2014[/editline] Still not a single photo of all the thousands of our glorious troops entering Ukraine. The usual "US official said something" stuff. I will wait for something real.
Still not a single photo of all the thousands of our glorious troops entering Ukraine. The usual "US official said something" stuff. In the Ukraine.
Russian troops are inside Ukraine, that's is an indisputable fact.

In the Ukraine.
I am talking about these 4000 soldiers. There are Russians in Ukraine, we all know it. But claiming there are 4000 soldiers entering Ukraine to fight Ukrainians on behalf of Russia is a very strong claim and I am not buying into that without proof. [editline]28th August 2014[/editline]
Russian troops are inside Ukraine, that's is an indisputable fact.
Yes it is disputable. Russian people are inside Ukraine is an indisputable fact. Russian ex-soldiers and soldiers on leave can be among the rebels. But Russian troops - nope, except for the captured squad.
But Russian troops - nope, except for the captured squad.
Do you even listen to yourself.

Also what does "digiflora" mean? I don't know this word and google translation doesn't help either.
