I wish I could find a child rape specific one but I bet it will be lower too.

They are attempting to crack down on it but the availability of it is high. So by your logic their rape rate should be way lower.

This actually makes sense. The way they have it, if you make child porn and exploit children, you're in deep shit, but if you find a CP image on 4chan or something and it gets saved to your cache you don't have to fear Big Brother hunting you down and fucking you with the long dick of the law. And what the christ, South Africa isn't 3rd-world. Parts of it are actually really nice.
