If the parents agree, the child isn't scared, they get paid and everything is professional done, I rather that be child porn than some guy raping them in a van with a camera. I think a lot of you guys don't understand this news story. CP is not legal in Japan and it never has been. But, like many other countries, the sole possession of it will not get you in prison. Illegal to sell, illegal to distribute in any form at all. Illegal to possess if it's there for distribution. Illegal to show in public. Illegal to produce (duh!), and Japanese law enforcement has always taken the problem seriously. Despite all this, Japan is one of the safest countries in the world when it comes to rape, including cases of child abuse and reports of child pornography websites. You can argue that there's potential for error in those statistics because not everything is reported, but even if you double or triple them, they're still multitudes lower than most western countries. This news story is about a pressure group wanting to ban the last thing that could possibly help law enforcement crack down on the issue, but I don't blame the government for not paying them any attention, because passing a new law would do literally nothing in the fight against child pornography.
Alright, I'm just going to clear the air here. I don't morally agree with any sort of Child Pornography, and I'm sorry if I implied I did. My point is that it is never going to go away, it is a fetish and fetishes are just a part of who a person is, I am saying that at least a legal professional system would be better than some guys in a van raping a small child. I never said it was a full proof idea, I said time and time again that it's the lesser of two evils, we can never truly "ban" or "banish" child porngraphy, it's just a twisted part of human sexuality and we have to deal with it.
