Kongregate chat logs while I was playing Fade This guy just confirmed every stereotype about americans and more.
Because an obvious troll is a perfect example of the average anything.
We have some stupid people up here in MA, and with all the gun violence in Springfield, I'm sure they wanted to get him trained early.
who the hell uses an uzi for self defense and i seriously doubt they went to a gun show with the intent of "training him for self defense" [editline]10th January 2011[/editline]
Kongregate chat logs while I was playing Fade [editline]10th January 2011[/editline] This guy just confirmed every stereotype about americans and more.
kongregate chat is a cesspool of stupidity. why would you use it unless you're trolling?
I wonder why he didn't take his finger off the trigger when it recoiled. Seems weird.
I've heard it slamfired due to badly hand-loaded ammunition. (slamfire: firing pin gets stuck forward, gun fires until empty) Either way, goddamn. Teaching an 8 year old to shoot a .22 is like teaching him to ride a bike. Having him shoot a compact submachine gun is like having him drive a sports car.

Regulate guns
To those saying "hurr who the hell let da ked use da gun durr", his parents thought he could handle it. They were obviously mistaken, and I feel bad for them. Yes, they were wrong in letting the child use a fully automatic weapon, but shit happens. Do you know how many people (children especially) are accidentally shot? Plenty. It is not the parents fault, rather it is nobody's fault. It is terrible that this happened, but nothing happens for no reason. There was obviously something that a supernatural force was trying to teach us from this and it sounds like folks got the message.
It's up until he gets shot. No blood and gore.
Oh thank GOD! I mean, I'm OK with watching an eight-year-old boy tragically die in a shooting, but A BIT OF BLOOD SPURT? That's just horrible!
Oh thank GOD! I mean, I'm OK with watching an eight-year-old boy tragically die in a shooting, but A BIT OF BLOOD SPURT? That's just horrible!
I don't think you understand the power behind a firearm
Who the fuck gives an 8 year old an Uzi, let alone one that is capable of fully-automatic fire?
Stupid Ones.
I think the lesson we've learned here is that stupid people do stupid stuff.
I think the lesson we've learned here is that stupid people do stupid stuff.
And to never give a 8 year old an Uzi.
Ok guys, we may see a verdict on this soon, stay tuned!
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Closing arguments have been made, and now the jury is deciding the fate of former Pelham Police Chief Edward Fleury. On Thursday morning, the prosecution rested its case, and the Defense said that they have no witnesses to testify. The day began with a continuation of testimony from the prosecution's final witness; Jim Spielman, a man who attended the gun show where eight year-old Christopher Bizilj accidentally shot himself to death. Spielman began testifying on Tuesday, but the trial was postponed Wednesday due to the winter storm that moved through New England. The jury began deliberations late in the afternoon, but about 15 minutes into their deliberations, they returned to the courtroom to ask Judge Peter Velis for wording for posession law and temporary holding for firearms law. Deliberations continued afterward, but ended before 5:00 P.M. and will resume on Friday morning. Fleury is being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Bizilj because his company co-sponsored the October 2008 show at the Westfield Sportsman's Club where Bizilj shot himself with a micro Uzi submachine gun.
http://www.wwlp.com/dpp/news/local/hampden/Prosecution-rests-case-in-Fleury-trial [editline]13th January 2011[/editline] Y' Know, the way it says "Shot Himself" it makes it sound like suicide.
JURY FINDS FLEURY NOT GUILTY! http://www.wwlp.com/dpp/news/local/hampden/Jury-finds-Fleury-not-guilty
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Former Pelham Police Chief Edward Fleury has been found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the accidental shooting death of 8 year-old Christopher Bizilj. Fleury was also found not guilty on all three counts of furnishing a machine gun to a minor. He cried and hugged his wife as he headed out of Hampden County Superior Court as a free man Friday afternoon. The former police chief was charged because a company that he owned co-sponsored the October 2008 gun show at the Westfield Sportsmen’s Club. During that show, Bizilj accidentally shot himself in the face with a micro Uzi submachine gun. Former District Attorney William Bennett pursued the case when he was in office, and personally tried the case as a special prosecutor, even though Mark Mastroianni has since been sworn-in as Hampden County DA. Fleury is the first person to go to trial for Bizilj’s accidental shooting death. Carl Guiffre and Domenic Spano have also been charged in connection with involuntary manslaughter in the case. The two allegedly provided the micro Uzi used in the accidental shooting. The boy’s father, Dr. Charles Bizilj, who brought his son to the show, has not been charged. If he had been convicted, Fleury would have faced up to 20 years in prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter, and up to 10 years in prison for each of three counts of furnishing machine guns to minors.
Arguing commence.
