It could still be considered throwing 90kg of meat onto the street for somebody else to clean up.
If you take care of everything beforehand, leaving nothing to others, paying for a funeral and then take an overdose of sleeping pills while burying yourself, that should be fine with the bureaucrats.
It's funny, because most survivors of suicide attempts say that in-flight they actually didn't want to do it anymore. Maybe he'll take this as a second chance and try to straighten out his problems in life!
this reminds me of the story of someone who jumped off a building and was somehow blown onto a ledge near a window
