He tries to appear more conservative to get the republican nomination and then moderates out after that. He's actually pretty moderate. But, Romney still has an insane amount of bias on certain tops, especially when it comes to wealth and education. And what he said at that point was a bunch of ideals that he has never supported, even as governor. Obama just got the crowd to chuckle at Romney. Win.
