This debate is kind of disappointing. It's a lot more boring than the others.

He was stammering and stuttering literally like every two sentences.

And he just flopped back and said that China needs to play by the rules. I'm confused.

How exactly are we supposed to compete with China when they have cheap labor? Unless we abolish the minimum wage and work people like slaves here I don't see that happening. We need more capital-intensive labor, and to fill those positions we need qualified people, so we need better education. But nope, China is bad and not playing by the rules so we'll stamp our feet and cut more money from education to try to get to their level.
