No, Panetta did not. He's been pointing out for months now along with a number of commanders that we've been pissing ridiculous amounts of money into our military- so much that they can't spend it all and have even flat-out said that they don't want any fucking more.

And Detroit is not a good example for businesses. Back in Old Detroit, most people left cause of how bad Detroit was getting. And businesses soon moved out of Detroit to find a better place to work. No one wants to work for Detroit.
