I laugh at people who think debates can be ties. It's a close win or defeat, but a tie cannot be reached unless it is agreed to by both parties. Debates have no room for ties , unless there's compromiss.

He lied about what Romney called his "apology tour" and how he told Russia he has "more flexibility".
