I love how if you disagree with Obama or even support Mitt Romney one bit, Facepunch will give you shit for it.
If you disagree with Obama, that's fine. But he's the best we got right now. If you agree with Romney, then all I can ask is, which Romney? Governor Romney? Tea Party Romney? Debate Romney? His views have changed so many times, he's pretty much famous for it. Regardless, you are supporting a far-right candidate on a website who's views generally lean center-left, so yeah you're gonna get shat on for it.
If your reasoning is stupid, yes. [editline]23rd October 2012[/editline] Actually, a plan that is working pretty well. This shit doesn't happen overnight, which a lot of people seem to forget. You can't suffer an economic collapse like we did and think things will be as good as new in two years. Also, that post just said "Government is not clothing." And yet you stick with the analogy. Here's a good analogy: An economic collapse is like falling off of a cliff. The fall takes little time at all, but the climb back up is long and hard.
I only stuck with the analogy to put it in terms for the person who originally said "Government is not like clothing" I tried to make them understand it more. And I do know it takes time for change, but people also seem to forget 4 years is a long time. And I do like your analogy better than 1239the who compared the government to a piece of clothing. and regardless if the facts came from a republican website; Facts are still facts.
the economy was damaged way beyond what 4 years are able able to fix hell, 8 years won't completely bring it back either

There seems to be a double-standard for recovery on both sides of the aisle. 4 years isn't long enough though is the clear agreement.
Regardless, you are supporting a far-right candidate on a website who's views generally lean center-left, so yeah you're gonna get shat on for it.
Well I figured that Facepunch has more people from Europe that browse it than America mainly, and the rest of the world is generally left leaning.
and regardless if the facts came from a republican website; Facts are still facts.
Without the right context they are as good as lies.
Obama and Romney are both right-wing compared to the rest of the west in majority, you're right.
I love how if you disagree with Obama or even support Mitt Romney one bit, Facepunch will give you shit for it.
i give obama shit all the time, don't blame everyone else if you post stupid arguments
and regardless if the facts came from a republican website; Facts are still facts.
No, they're not. They're assertions of fact with no substantiation. For example, "total jobs" is a lie. The current total employment is 155.1 million. Other figures in that picture cite this document, and 133.5 million does not appear in it, so this is an intentional omission. Make your points using actual data, not secondhand assertions.
To be honest, Romney's weakest point, to me, personally, is his unwavering cock-sucking-support of Netanyahu. It's not even that it's 'hurr durr israel', but he's literally in support of Netanyahu, 100%. [editline]23rd October 2012[/editline] Other than that he's very close competition for Obama, especially since the royal fuck-up that was the domestibate.
My next thing would be: Ryan has a p90x bod yo. hes fit to be VP. No but seriously, Obama was too busy trying to attack Romney that he didn't really lay out any new ideas on how to help America. Romney was just like "I Ain't gonna put up with that Yo, stop talkin bout me and talk about the matter at hand." I mean Obama isn't really working out for America.
wow is this funny or sad or dumb all three i am now laughing while crying while having a negative opinion of you and the idiots who would believe this chart to be relevant and not republican twisting of statistics
Romney got slapped around and played with.
Romney didn't do to bad to be honest.
Romney didn't do to bad to be honest.
Nope, he did terribly. So much sweating and stuttering, and all he did was repeat what obama said a lot of the time
Nope, he did terribly. So much sweating and stuttering, and all he did was repeat what obama said a lot of the time
Was he actually sweating? My not high-definition TV didn't pick that up :v:
Nope, he did terribly. So much sweating and stuttering, and all he did was repeat what obama said a lot of the time
I didn't know people counted the amount of sweat shed as a winning factor in politics. People tend to sweat in a heated situation.
I love how if you disagree with Obama or even support Mitt Romney one bit, Facepunch will give you shit for it.
Getting tired of shitty posts like these in every election 2012 thread. People disagree with Obama all the time and no one gives them shit as long as it's a reasonable criticism. Look into the nuances of agree/disagree statements when it comes to either candidate instead of making useless driveby statements. [editline]23rd October 2012[/editline]
and regardless if the facts came from a republican website; Facts are still facts.
Are you an anchor for CNN.
So, who in the lead in the polls now?
So, who in the lead in the polls now?
The one that people hate the least.
Was he actually sweating? My not high-definition TV didn't pick that up :v:
Picture i posted is from HD footage of it.
Romney didn't do to bad to be honest.
I always try to do my best :)
I missed the debate. Someone mind giving a quick recap?
I always try to do my best :)
How was this name not taken already?
How was this name not taken already?
i dont even know lets troll him
Israel can suck my dick. I can't stand this pandering to Israel. And I don't necessarily support Palestine either, but come the fuck on, when you're trying to occupy a place where the entire region doesn't want you there, pick a new fucking spot. Why should we be involved with backing them in this ridiculous endeavor? And why shouldn't we let Iran have nuclear capability? They would probably hate us a lot less if we stopped squashing every attempt they make to better themselves. Really, the US should pull out from the whole region and just let whatever happens happen, surely they can take care of themselves.
is this some obongo word [editline]23rd October 2012[/editline] this 'trolling'
What is considered reasonable criticism regarding Obama? I do not care for his policies on healthcare nor his demonization of wealthy people and his us vs them vibes I get from him. Is this acceptable, or should I rethink things? I ask because I am unsure if anything I say will stand up in the court of Facepunch. I do enjoy debate and would like to participate, but I want to participate correctly.

While I disagree with them, those are at least legitimate complaints that I've seen fly in other threads.
How is Obama demonizing wealthy people? Where are you getting these "us vs them" vibes? Who even is us and them in this equation? Why do you think a fairly wealthy president is trying to make wealth seem terrible to have?
