dude, it's just an example haha, I think everyone can agree that not enough people take firearms seriously enough to use them safely and not leave them loaded, safety off, out in the open. Which is pretty evident when a toddler fatally shoots someone, and it's not as though this is the first time something like this has happened

Painted guns do not cause more deaths than regular guns, the death comes from the few select retards that don't instill a basis of respect and knowledge in their kids and they end up getting shot as a result.

A bowling bowl isn't exactly easy to kill or maim with, and while it's fairly easy with a baseball bat, it isn't so easy to conceal, nor ranged.

I think what he's at, is that people don't seem to take guns seriously enough. They are tools designed for, or at least capable of, easily killing whatever you point them at. Making them look ~cute~ and shit is stupid. They aren't cute, they are tools of destruction.
Slapping a bright pink coating on them just makes them look like toys, easily confused by children, or anyone at a distance really, with actual toys (or vice versa).
